COVID-19 Updates
Student safety and well-being are the primary concerns of PAIDEIA and our Greek education partners. PAIDEIA continually monitors updates from the U.S. State Department, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control, the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control, host country governmental health ministries, and our educational partners. PAIDEIA complies with the best practices in the field of education abroad including those endorsed by NAFSA: Association of International Educators and the Forum on Education Abroad.
Welcoming Back Students
PAIDEIA has welcomed back students in Greece again in December 2021 after a pause as a result of the pandemic. Since, PAIDEIA requires that all participants to be fully vaccinated at least two weeks prior to their departure for any program. Due to strict local regulations, no religious exceptions will be accepted. Students must be able to present proof of vaccination to local authorities at all times when abroad. Additionally, all participants must be wiling to submit a COVID-19 negative test result to program personnel up to 72 hours prior to departure and return flights, and participate in random testing during program duration. All testing performed while in Greece are included in program costs.

We shall continue to closely monitor the ongoing Coronavirus situation and make changes to our requirements as needed. Please contact us at paideia@snet.net if you have any questions or concerns.
